We headed to South Londonderry this morning for a combi skate ski and run workout. Though rain was in the forecast, the weather held and we had nice weather for practice. We skied Winhall Hollow & Thompsonberg Roads for 45 minutes to an hour and then traded skis for sneakers went for 40 – 50 minute trail run on the West River trail.
