We are looking for:

Retail Sales Lead (Minneapolis, MN)
Full-time.

Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate operations with Service Manager
• Monitor and maintain in-store inventory with Warehouse Manager.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, returns, and warranties.
• Support of sales staff.
• Ensure store is well merchandised at all times and in working order.
• Scheduling to ensure adequate, cost-effective staffing.
• Monitor customer orders and work orders daily.
• Work with Buyer to ensure special orders happen efficiently.
• Maintains brand objectives, messaging, and company culture.
• Oversee events at Minneapolis location.

Requirements:
• Experience:
o Retail sales
o Merchandising
o Return/warranty processing
• Skills
o Point-of-Sale system, preferably Lightspeed
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel

Customer Service Representative (Boulder, CO/Minneapolis, MN)
Full- and part-time, hourly positions

Responsibilities include:
• Initial point of contact for incoming calls and electronic communication.
o Direct calls to appropriate location/person/department.
o Provide general company information such as store hours, locations, etc.
o Respond to or appropriately forward general incoming emails and social media communication.
o Processing orders placed via phone.
• Customer returns and warranty processing.
o Completing RA forms. Give return information and uphold return policies. Notify shipping manager of incoming returns and outbound exchanges.
• Customer order management.
o Monitor customer orders to ensure timely completion.
o Initiate prompt and accurate communication with customers in the event of a delay to order(s).
o Engage store managers to address issues with customer orders.
• Assist employees with time clock corrections.
• Manage internal mail distribution.
• Occasionally assist on sales floor.
