The primary role of the Development Team Coach is to implement and assist in management and delivery of all aspects of the Development Cross Country and Biathlon Programs while ensuring Team Soldier Hollow’s vision of Building Champions in Sport and Life is implemented. This position also helps facilitate mission oriented public engagement and education programs during certain times of the year. This is a year round position that reports to the Senior Manager of Sport Programs and works closely with the Cross Country and Biathlon Head Coaches to support program cohesivity.
