    Kikkan Randall Partners with Jakroo Custom Apparel

    Jakroo Custom Apparel is pleased to announce their partnership with Gold Medalist Kikkan Randall to create a new vision for Jakroo Nordic apparel. Kikkan will work directly with Jakroo product development team to bring innovative products to the table. Randall recently collaborated with Jakroo to provide valuable input for launching the women’s sizing and fit for the Arendal and Bergen warm ups. An expanded women’s collection is in development for next season with her direction. “How well my Nordic apparel fits and performs has always been really important to me and that’s why I’m excited to partner with Jakroo. With Jakroo’s technical design capabilities mixed with my experience as an elite international ski racer, we can refine designs and further develop the best custom Nordic apparel available. I love Jakroo’s customization options so that I can create the look that makes me feel as strong as my apparel performs,” said Kikkan Randall.

    Kikkan will also be teaming with Jakroo to come up with programs to provide the best value for teams and clubs. She will look at ways to offer a variety of products while making it price effective to teams and parents.

    “Over the last two seasons I’ve been training and racing in the Jakroo Nordic apparel and have been impressed with the technical design of the gear as well as the amazing customer service and team behind the brand at Jakroo.     With the addition of Randall to the team, Jakroo continues to push innovation in custom apparel.   • JAKROO Custom Apparel Sponsors Nordic Junior Nationals for a Second Year and Offers New Options for Nordic Customers

    Jakroo Custom Apparel, who entered the Nordic custom apparel market in 2013, continues to invest in the sport of Nordic skiing. For the second year in a row the custom garment manufacturer has come on board as a “Major Partner” in sponsoring the biggest Junior Cross Country event in North America. This year, Junior Nationals is at Auburn Ski Club Training Center and Far West in Truckee, California, only three hours from Jakroo headquarters. The National Championships will draw 400+ top junior skiers, age 14-19, from across the country.

    “I’m really passionate about supporting the youth in Nordic skiing and encouraging the sport to grow,” said Patrice Engle Spyrka Nordic Sales Director. Spyrka grew up at YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, outside of Winter Park Colorado, which today hosts one of the best Nordic centers in North America. In her youth, she was herself a two time Jr. Olympian, as Jr. Nationals was formerly referred to. Spyrka says, “At the 2014 Jr. Nationals we sponsored the Parade of Athletes by outfitting the youth ambassadors in Jakroo Nordic warm ups, which were really well received.
