MINNEAPOLIS, MN—BNS Mobile will once again be performing professional race waxing service at the World Masters Cup (WMC), taking place in Minneapolis, Minnesota January 20-26, 2018. BNS Mobile service offers WMC racers World Cup-level ski service, providing athletes with the fastest skis possible. BNS’s wax service allows athletes to relax while skipping the hassle of waxing their own skis and transporting waxing gear to the races.

After traveling to previous WMC races in British Columbia, Idaho, Italy, and Switzerland; BNS staff are excited to set up at this year’s event, only minutes away from the BNS Midwest shop. The service crew will be led by Supertour winner David Chamberlain and BNS Founder Nathan Schultz. BNS has partnered with the race organizers to have an on-site waxing headquarters to provide the best possible race service to skiers.

Experienced service technicians will offer two Race Wax Service options for WMC 2018: “Full Service” and “HF Service.” The full race wax service includes help selecting the best skis for the race, base wax, HF paraffin, fluoro powder, topcoats, and hand structure for the highest speed possible, as well as full kick wax service for classic races. With the HF Service option, BNS techs will prepare skis with a High-Fluoro glide wax and structure.

With early registration before November 15, the cost of the full service (per race) is $99 for one pair of skis and $149 for two pairs (for the same skier). A free on-snow session with a service tech will be provided to racers who sign up for three or more races with the full service. All customers who purchase a WMC 2018 full wax service will also receive a discount coupon for 20% any one item at BNS Midwest. The HF service costs $48/race.

BNS race wax services will be available for every race on the MWC schedule, including the relay. BNS also offers race waxing service at many of the most significant races around the country, such as The American Birkebeiner, City of Lakes Loppet, Boulder Mountain Tour, Crested Butte Alley Loop, Snow Mountain Stampede, Noquemanon, and Vasaloppet USA.
