After a beautiful month, the weather finally turned sour for a day. We didn’t let the rain deter us too much… we still headed down to Cambridge NY and did a 2-2.5 hour skate on the great rolling hills in the area.

The ski capped off our training week, everyone trained 15-18 hours over the past 5 days. Now they are headed home for a weekend of rest.
