Kontiolahti, Finland, November 29. Jay Hakkinen (Kasilof, AK) started the new biathlon season with a big result, ninth place in the Men’s 20K Individual competition.
 had one of his best opening competitions, like Hakkinen. Teela finished 38th with three penalties, 4:05.2 back. He said, “I took some days off last week because my back was bothering me. It was okay today. I was cautious on the shooting range.â€</p>
